New Appointments
Welcome to the family of Broward Veterinary Specialists. We work in partnership with your regular referring veterinarian. We understand that the referral process can sometimes seem a little overwhelming. We are here to walk you through every step. Therefore, we have provided the following information to help ease those concerns and to make the process more efficient.
Please refer to this brochure as it describes who we are, where we are located, and how to contact us.
How To Make An Appointment
A receptionist is available Monday-Friday from 7 am to 5 pm to schedule appointments by phone. Alternatively, you can send us an email anytime, request an appointment online, or leave a voice message after hours to request an appointment. We will contact you the next business day.
Before Your Initial Visit
If possible please download and complete the Client Registration Form. Please email this form to info@browardvet.com or bring it to your first appointment.
Patients seeing Oncology or Internal Medicine will also need to download and complete the following form before your visit. This helps us keep up to date with your pet's current condition.
Please inform us of a complete list of Regular, Emergency, or Specialty Veterinarians your pet has seen in the last year. We will contact them in advance of your appointment.
